The Service

HappyVideo provides AI video generation, text to video, image to video, editing, account management, subscription management, and related online services. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Accounts

2. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
3. Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Unauthorized Use: You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

• infringe the rights of others;
• generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content;

• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service or underlying models; or
• bypass limits, pricing rules, account restrictions, or security protections.

Content and Generated Outputs

• You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, instructions, and content you submit.
• Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you retain rights to the generated outputs you create with HappyVideo.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload or submit.
• We may remove content or suspend access if we believe it violates these Terms, law, or the safety of the service.

Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

• Certain features require payment, credits, or an active subscription.
• You agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your plan or usage.
• Credit balances, subscription benefits, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the pricing and checkout terms presented at purchase.
• We may change pricing or plan features prospectively.

Intellectual Property

HappyVideo and its software, models, interfaces, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of HappyVideo or its underlying technology to you.

Privacy

Your use of Picloft is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Availability and Disclaimer

HappyVideo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that outputs will meet every specific requirement or use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyVideo.io and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of HappyVideo.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HappyVideo.io and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of HappyVideo, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to HappyVideo at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Picloft after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating HappyVideo, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
